Golden Eagle Galleries guarantees all our of our Mata Ortiz pottery to be as described. They are designed and made for decorative use only! If for some reason we fail to describe the item as it is, the buyer has 3 days (after confirmed delivery) to notify us. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received, then we will refund the full purchase price (not including shipping). Otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be charged buyer pays shipping.
