He well known for his 'Turbino' ollas and is a featured artist in "The Many Faces of Mata Ortiz book available from our gallery. This featured high polished 'Turbino Olla is done in a reduction fired method turning it Jet Black. The olla measures 11.0"h x 10.0"w. A beautiful piece by a great potter!
