SOLD Naty Ortega is a forerunner of Mata Ortiz pottery and certainly one of the best at multi-colored, exquisitely vibrant, pottery. Naty's painting and olla construction is superb and precise! All of his ollas and platos are 'family' projects utilizing the talents of his son Cesar Nunez, his wife and daughter-in-law. One can find Naty's work in homes and galleries around the world. This olla is 9.0" high, 7.0 wide, with a square lipped opening of 1 1/2". Museum quality work from a pioneer potter.
